Where must I go to request water and sewer service?
Utility Services can be applied for at Public Works Department, 527 Springridge Rd. A utility deposit of $100 is required to obtain residential service. Telephone: 924-5462.

Where can I register to vote in Clinton?
City Hall, 300 Jefferson Street. To register for County, State and Federal elections, contact Clinton City Hall at 601-924-5474 and the Hinds County Circuit Clerk at 601-968-6640. To be eligible to vote, a person must be a citizen of the United States, age 18 or older, and must have resided in Mississippi and this Election District for at least 30 days. Potential voters must be registered at least 30 days prior to any election.

Where can I purchase an automobile tag or pay my property taxes?
Hinds County Court House in Raymond, MS, Telephone: 857-5574; or the Chancery Court Building, 316 South President Street, Jackson, MS, Telephone: 968-6587. Automobile licenses must be purchased annually through the Hinds County Tax Collector and are due during the month in which the vehicle was purchased. New residents must register their vehicles within 30 days of establishing residence. Telephone for additional information: 968-6590.

May I pay my utility bill in person?

Yes. You must come to Public Works Department, 527 Springridge Rd. There is also a drop box located in front of City Hall at 300 Jefferson Street - open 24 hours a day.

Where is the court located, and where do I pay for a ticket?
The Court is located in the Municipal Justice Building (Police Department) at 305 Monroe Stree. You may also pay tickets at that location.
